Fall and drainage
Paving falls away from the building at specified gradients; slot drains or gravel strips appear where water would otherwise pool.
Step and level changes
Risers and tread depths follow comfortable access between house threshold, lawn and any raised planters.
Surface specification
Timber species, tile types or composite boards are listed with fixing notes suited to Bergen's wet climate.
