Contractor brief
Written scope for builders covering drainage, edges and hold points.

Payment terms
50% deposit on confirmation, balance on delivery of final drawings. Invoices include 25% MVA where applicable. Revisions beyond those listed in each package are billed at 890 kr per hour. Cancellation within 48 hours of a scheduled survey incurs 490 kr to cover travel allocation.
