Our process

From first enquiry to handed-over drawings — how a typical commission runs at the studio.

Initial enquiry

You send location, rough dimensions and photos. We confirm whether a survey is needed and quote the appropriate package within two business days.

Site survey

We visit the plot, record levels, note existing trees and services, and discuss how you use the space. A summary email follows within 24 hours.

Concept layout

First plan shows zones, paths and terrace positions. You mark comments on the PDF or we walk through via video. One structured revision is included in most packages.

Detailed deliverables

Final drawings add dimensions, materials and planting schedules. Contractor briefs can be added if you are tendering build works.

Implementation support

Optional phone support during build — clarifying edge details or planting hold points — billed at 890 kr per hour when not included in your package.
